Recall Description:

The light bulb's components can separate and pieces can fall.

Hazard Description:

The metal housing/lens assembly can separate from the bulb's base and fall. This poses a risk of injury from impact to bystanders.

Units: About 119,000 in the U.S. and 2,350 in Canada
Incidents:

The firm has received four reports of the bulb components separating. No injuries have been reported.

Electrical supply stores, lighting showrooms, hardware and specialty stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from December 2012 to February 2014 for between $35 and $45.
