Incidents:

Johnson Health Tech is aware of three incidents where the plastic connectors slid out or broke, one resulting in a laceration near the eye socket.

Sold At:

Magnum Fitness and Johnson Health Tech North America and their dealers nationwide. from December 2008 through July 2013 for the Magnum tower stations and from July 2013 through November 2013 for the Matrix Fitness tower stations, for between $1,800 and $3,800 depending on the type of tower station.
