Recall Description:
The Fiskars model 6954, titanium bypass loppers can break while in use. Eleven reports of incidents, some resulting in bruising and lacerations.
Hazard Description:
The lopper handles can break when attempting to cut branches, posing a risk of serious injury and laceration.
