The Waterway Plastics Designer Pro Series model 640-52XX S suction covers can become disengaged. This poses an entrapment hazard.

Hazard Description:

The drain suction cover can become disengaged from the spa wall, posing an entrapment hazard to consumers.

The firm has received 70 reports of drain covers detaching. No injuries have been reported.
