Recall Description:

Power bank can overheat and melt when being charged or when charging another device, posing a fire hazard.

Hazard Description:

When unit is being charged or being used to charge another device, it can overheat, causing a fire hazard.

Incidents:

There are three reported incidents of the Power Bank overheating. One incident resulted in fire damage. No injuries have been reported. 

Sold At:

Power banks were given as promotional items at various meetings, trade shows and industry conventions from November 2013 to August 2014. The products sold for about $8 to $11.
