Recall Description:
A steel pin in the shade's idler can become dislodged and cause the shade to fall, posing a risk of injury from impact.
Hazard Description:
A steel pin inserted into the idler on the shades can become dislodged and cause the shade to fall from the mounting bracket, posing a risk of injury from impact to the consumer.

Incidents:
WindowTex has received six reports of steel pins becoming dislodged from the window shade idler, causing some of the shades to fall. No injuries have been reported.

WindowTex authorized dealers nationwide from April 2014 through June 2014 for between $100 and $500.
