Cosco has received 10 reports of wheel hubs separating or breaking and ejecting pieces including four reports of bruises and lacerations.

Ace Hardware, Costco Wholesale Club, Lowe's, Price Mart and United Stationers and online at The Home Depot.com from March 2009 to October 2011 for between $100 and $150 dollars.
