The firm has received one report of a child that was scratched by the wire that came out of the ribbon tag.

Various children's specialty stores in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Pennsylvania from July 2014 through March 2015 for about $10.
