Civia has received one report in which a consumer stated that a bracket broke and resulted in the consumer suffering a cervical spine injury and nerve damage.

Independent bicycle retailers nationwide and online from April 2008 through March 2013 for about $60 per Civia fender set and between $1,200 and $4,500 for Civia Hyland bicycles.
