Recall Description:

The motor on the Black Diamond, Pieps and POC brand airbag packs can malfunction and prevent the airbag from deploying in the event of an avalanche.

Hazard Description:

The motor can malfunction and prevent the airbag from deploying, increasing the risk of injury or death in the event of a snow avalanche.
