Incidents:

Whirlpool Corporation has received eight reports of incidents, including one report of second degree burn injuries to the arm and back.

Sears, Pacific Sales and other stores nationwide, and by wholesalers, including Ferguson Enterprises, and homebuilders from March 2012 through June 2015 for between $2,500 and $5,000.
