Recall Description:

The power cord on some Bosch, Gaggenau, Kenmore and Thermador dishwashers can overheat.

Hazard Description:

The power cord can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Units: About 149,000 (in addition, about 45,000 were sold in Canada)
Incidents:

BSH Home Appliances has received 10 reports of the electrical cord overheating, including five reports of fire resulting in property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Sold At:

Appliance and specialty retailers, department stores, authorized builder distributors, home improvement stores nationwide and online between January 2009 and May 2014 for between $850 and $2600.
