Incidents:

Pier 1 Imports has received three reports of the chairs breaking, including two reports of customers falling. No injuries have been reported.

Sold At:

Pier 1 Imports stores nationwide and online at Pier1.com from January 2015 through October 2015 for between $240 and $500.
