The ceramic mug’s handle can break, posing a burn or laceration hazard to consumers.

Units: About 150 (in addition, about 24,000 were sold in Canada)

Incidents:

Debco Bag has received one report of a burn injury due to the mug handle breaking.

Sold At:

Ad Specialty Distributors as a promotional item from August 2015 through April 2016 for about $3.
