The fork axle on Cannondale Bad Boy and Bad Girl commuter bicycles can crack.

Hazard Description:

The bicycle’s fork axle can crack, posing a fall hazard.

Incidents:

The firm has received 30 reports of the bicycle’s fork axle cracking; including an injury report of a fall that resulted in a concussion and bruising.
