18- and 20-inch tall models of the stool can break during use, posing a fall hazard.

Units: About 6,000 (About 1,350 were recalled in June 2015. In addition, about 800 were sold in Canada)

Incidents:

School Specialty has received a total of nine reports of stools breaking during use, including one report involving a concussion.
