US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2023 Q3

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2023 Q3, $167.0K new houses were sold in the US. 30% of these new houses (46.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, 19% of them (37.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K, and 15% of them (26.0K) had a sales price range of $500K to $599K.
