According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2021 Q1, $229.00K new houses were sold in the US. 163.00K (71%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 43.00K (19%) were bought with FHA financing, and 14.00K (6%) were bought with VA financing.
