US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Type of Financing in 2023 Q2

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2023 Q2, 184.00K new houses were sold in the US. 135.00K (75%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 25.00K (12%) were bought with FHA financing, and 13.00K (8%) were bought with Cash financing.
