Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 5,787 of Pearl River CDP, NY households, there were 1,688 households (29.17%) that had a household income that fell in the $200K - and Over category, and there were 799 households (13.81%) that had a household income that fell in the $150K - Less $200K category.

On the other hand, there were 636 households (10.99%) that had a household income that fell in the Less $40K category, and there were 263 households (4.55%) that had a household income that fell in the $40K - Less $50K category.
