Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in New Mexico was 11.8%. Among all New Mexico cities and places with a population of at least 10K, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Sunland Park city (50.35%), followed by Deming city (32.46%), and Portales city (23.14%).
