Among all California counties, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Trinity County (24.14%), followed by Modoc County (17.71%), and Humboldt County (17.31%). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: San Mateo County (4.42%), Santa Clara County (4.91%), and San Benito County (4.96%).
