Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group in Indiana was 10.01%. Among all Indiana counties, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest poverty rate in Switzerland County (20.63%), followed by Monroe County (19.4%), and Vigo County (18.56%). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Hamilton County (3.3%), Hendricks County (3.42%), and Hancock County (4.74%).
