Ranking of Florida Counties By the Poverty Rate of the White Alone Racial Group in 2021 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Florida was 11.07%. Among all Florida counties, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Hardee County (25.32%), followed by Hendry County (25.07%), and DeSoto County (21.48%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Wakulla County (6.23%), St. Johns County (6.68%), and Sarasota County (7.38%).
