Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Missouri was 10.89%. Among all Missouri counties, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Oregon County (25.22%), followed by Shannon County (24.04%), and Wayne County (23.4%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: St. Charles County (4.03%), St. Louis County (5.76%), and Platte County (5.81%).
