Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the Poverty Rate for the White Alone racial group in Pennsylvania was 9.05%. Among all Pennsylvania counties, the White Alone racial group had the highest poverty rate in Centre County (15.32%), followed by Clarion County (15.3%), and McKean County (14.83%). On the other hand, the White Alone racial group had the lowest poverty rate in the following 3 counties: Montgomery County (4.8%), Bucks County (4.95%), and Chester County (5.11%).
