Among all US states and DC, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest per capita income in District of Columbia ($104,424), followed by California ($59,444), and Connecticut ($57,283). On the other hand, the Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the lowest per capita income in the following 3 states: West Virginia ($29,374), Kentucky ($32,187), and Arkansas ($32,738).
