According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Alaska in 2008 Q2 was $860. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($1,514), followed by Southeast Fairbanks Borough ($1,075), and Anchorage Borough ($915). On the other hand, Haines Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($513), followed by Hoonah-Angoon Borough ($567), and Aleutians East Borough ($587).
