According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Alaska in 2008 Q3 was $873. Among all Alaska counties, North Slope Borough had the highest average weekly wage ($1,592), followed by Southeast Fairbanks Borough ($1,108), and Northwest Arctic Borough ($945). On the other hand, Hoonah-Angoon Borough had the lowest average weekly wage ($568), followed by Yakutat City and Borough ($602), and Petersburg Borough ($625).
