According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2002 Q1 was $810. Among all California counties, San Francisco County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,259), followed by Santa Clara County ($1,252), and San Mateo County ($1,112). On the other hand, Alpine County had the lowest average weekly wage ($352), followed by Modoc County ($425), and Siskiyou County ($444).
