According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2003 Q2 was $790. Among all California counties, Santa Clara County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,224), followed by San Mateo County ($1,134), and San Francisco County ($1,050). On the other hand, Sierra County had the lowest average weekly wage ($450), followed by Siskiyou County ($474), and Modoc County ($489).
