According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2004 Q4 was $929. Among all California counties, Santa Clara County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,464), followed by San Mateo County ($1,322), and San Francisco County ($1,275). On the other hand, Alpine County had the lowest average weekly wage ($416), followed by Modoc County ($510), and Siskiyou County ($517).
