According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2007 Q1 was $987. Among all California counties, San Francisco County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,642), followed by Santa Clara County ($1,585), and San Mateo County ($1,445). On the other hand, Alpine County had the lowest average weekly wage ($499), followed by Siskiyou County ($543), and Mariposa County ($548).
