According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for California in 2009 Q1 was $994. Among all California counties, San Mateo County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,785), followed by Santa Clara County ($1,521), and San Francisco County ($1,511). On the other hand, Alpine County had the lowest average weekly wage ($530), followed by Trinity County ($551), and Mariposa County ($557).
