According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Massachusetts in 2008 Q4 was $1,155. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,567), followed by Middlesex County ($1,299), and Norfolk County ($1,140). On the other hand, Franklin County had the lowest average weekly wage ($717), followed by Berkshire County ($799), and Hampshire County ($811).
