According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for New Jersey in 2016 Q1 was $1,269. Among all New Jersey counties, Somerset County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,997), followed by Morris County ($1,701), and Hudson County ($1,515). On the other hand, Cape May County had the lowest average weekly wage ($736), followed by Ocean County ($809), and Cumberland County ($811).
