Among all Virginia counties, Arlington County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,613), followed by Fairfax County ($1,585), and Alexandria city ($1,464). On the other hand, Appomattox County had the lowest average weekly wage ($533), followed by Emporia city ($540), and Mathews County ($552).
