According to the data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average weekly wage for Virginia in 2017 Q3 was $1,052. Among all Virginia counties, Goochland County had the highest average weekly wage ($1,780), followed by Arlington County ($1,642), and Fairfax County ($1,538). On the other hand, Mathews County had the lowest average weekly wage ($538), followed by Patrick County ($548), and Appomattox County ($551).
