According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, Alabama added -9 number of private business establishments in the natural resources and mining industry. Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson added the highest number of private business establishments (3), followed by Walker (2), and Barbour (1).
