According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, Alaska added 228 number of private business establishments in the service-providing industry. Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of private business establishments (42), followed by Matanuska-Susitna (17), and Fairbanks North Star (6).
