According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the federal government manufacturing industry (11), followed by Oklahoma (10), and Illinois (6).

On the other hand, Mississippi added the least number of jobs (-497), followed by Virginia (-36), and Hawaii (-32).
