According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2023, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the federal government financial activities industry (8), followed by Florida (5), and Kentucky (5).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-53), followed by Texas (-5), and Arizona (-5).
