According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government nondepository credit intermediation industry (12), followed by California (8), and Maryland (7).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-2), followed by Wisconsin (-1), and Utah (-1).
