According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Alaska added 596 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Bethel added the highest number of jobs (105), followed by Fairbanks North Star (81), and Kodiak Island (60).
