According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, California added 14,366 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among California counties, Los Angeles added the highest number of jobs (3,177), followed by San Diego (1,550), and Santa Clara (580).
