According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry (14,366), followed by Illinois (8,366), and Wisconsin (7,975).
On the other hand, Connecticut added the least number of jobs (-556), followed by Florida (-430), and Wyoming (-83).
