According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Louisiana added 196,799 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Calcasieu added the highest number of jobs (215), followed by Jefferson Davis (121), and St. Martin (97).
