According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Louisiana added 185,221 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Orleans added the highest number of jobs (909), followed by Calcasieu (242), and St. Martin (127).
