According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Missouri added 1,340 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Missouri counties, St. Charles added the highest number of jobs (159), followed by St. Francois (139), and Jackson (88).
