According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, New Jersey added 11,364 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among New Jersey counties, Middlesex added the highest number of jobs (1,710), followed by Hudson (1,584), and Union (778).
